How it all started...
Meet my son Massimo. He's autistic, full of love & especially loves Nonna's fresh homemade pasta!
During Covid lockdown we needed to find ways to keep him busy & since I've been watching mama for so many years, it was time for me to continue the family Italian tradition.
Massimo loved to help make the pasta & of course,
loves to eat it even more!
My goal is Massimo continues the
